Our first program of 2025 was conducted specially for 18 of our own staffs and volunteers who want to experience the program as participants and gain more experience how the team from Madison Australia runs it. It was conducted over 8 days from the 23rd of Feb to 2nd of March, 2025. Two people from South Australia and 3 people from NSW flew in to lead the program.

SHALEM HEALTH RETREAT
Health Retreats are where most people take a break from a normal lifestyle to de-stress, be pampered and hopefully, come away from the experience โfeeling better.โ However, we are more than your average โHealth Retreat' or wellness centres.
Shalem Health Retreat provides a residential Health Education Centre, the purpose being to teach people how to get well and maintain long-term wellness. This is achieved by gaining knowledge of how our bodies operate and how to best care for them so that health is re-gained and maintained in a simple and most enjoyable way.
