Camp Speaker
Pr Marty Thomson
Pr Marty is passionate about soul winning and young people! His gentle, yet engaging manner, has inspired many with a deeper desire for Jesus and a life committed to Him. Originally from New South Wales, he is currently serving as a pastor in the South Australian Conference and a presenter on Faith FM radio. Pr Marty also has a passion for Bible prophecy, small group ministry, literature evangelism, and lifestyle medicine, which, he has been able to share in many parts of Australia and even overseas. He looks forward to visiting WA and presenting at SYC this year.
Pr Marty, and his wife Tanay, have been blessed with three precious and energetic children! All of which were born in Kempsey, where they have spent the last five years serving. Pr Marty and Tanay enjoy music, getting outdoors with the kids, and growing veggies, especially of the pumpkin variety!
Venue
Shalem Health Retreat, situated in the south west forests of Australia, will be the venue for a youth camp this year. Participants must bring a tent/swag/caravan for accommodation.
Camp Costs
Guardians are required for participants under age 16 and must apply as either a participant or staff member.
